Andrew Cuomo had very little to do with SAS. Construction was going on for 3 years when Cuomo became governor. The only thing he did was accelerate construction at the expense of maintenance, which is there is the Summer of Hell. Not to mention his raids of SAS funding for Phase 2.

Did you know extending Metro North service to Albany, which will bring commuter rail service to many communities along the Hudson River, is bad actually?
