Speechless.
The 5th and 14th amendment explicitly say that there MUST be a hearing, amongst a slew of other rights afforded by procedural due process. The fact a secretary of the US govt said this and folks are not outraged and in the streets is just bonkers atp.

When the US Govt. is return to qualified & competent individuals who are serious about their positions & responsibilities, we must demand that congress pass new legislation that provides remedies to remove & prosecute staff that do not obey the law or keep their oath to uphold the constitution.

I was certainly no threat. I asked my congressperson what his red line was to finally, vocally oppose the lawless administration and he didn’t answer the question, so I called out for him to answer it and he had me removed. This is what the ISA has come to. The constitution is in shreds.
