Will spout Leeds and NFL stuff
Wonder if he will walk in and go Du Du Du

But he won’t, so he needs some results, otherwise he will pay the price

Than their strengths. We look perfect, personnel wise, for a Dyche type manager or a Glasner
We could easily play a 3-4-3, like Palace do, and play compact, where you could get the best out of the players weaknesses have
Even go back to 4-2-3-1, just to get some fluidity back to our play

But as the manager has set them up in this way, then if the disjointedness continues, then it will come down to him. As has been said, it feels we have players for a certain way of playing, but we aren’t playing to it, which means that you end up highlighting the players weaknesses, rather

I agree, but the issue is the performances are getting progressively worse, and the last game was very disjointed and lethargic. Feels like the system needs changing or at least a couple of player changes

DF would snap your hand off for a point a game by then. If they’re thinking that a point a game is the aim, then beating Villa does give them some room to keep ahead of it

Hard to see after that on Sunday though
November 11, 2025 at 8:11 PM
Absolutely won’t tell us. Yep, they’re going to drop the ‘one point per game’ scenario and then that’s going to be the first question to answer
November 11, 2025 at 3:20 PM
I think they will for now. His leash is tightening though and there is a lot riding on the Villa result and performance
November 9, 2025 at 11:08 PM
I said change the manager
November 9, 2025 at 9:08 PM
Way they’re playing it could be 3-0 losses anyway😀
November 9, 2025 at 8:44 PM
This league sucks any fun out of football anyway.
November 9, 2025 at 8:39 PM
So shall we just forfeit the rest of the season then?
November 9, 2025 at 8:38 PM
No matter who the manager is, taking points at home is the formula for staying up
November 9, 2025 at 8:17 PM
It’s not going to be easy, and no matter who is in charge, our best chance of points, like all the bottom teams, West Ham just won 2 home games on the bounce, is to get as many points at home as we can. No matter how likely it looks after today’s performance
November 9, 2025 at 8:14 PM
Not if they play at home like they did away. But they haven’t so we have to be positive don’t we?
November 9, 2025 at 8:08 PM
Probably not, maybe a couple, but we do play the rest of the league too don’t we?
November 9, 2025 at 7:40 PM
Yes, but 8 of our 11 points came at home, so that’s where we are likely to get the most of our points
November 9, 2025 at 6:58 PM
Of course, but the number of games the bottom 5/6 win each year away from home is probably low so it’s not like we are in unprecedented times here
November 9, 2025 at 6:55 PM
It is and was always going to be hard. I think they have to keep the belief that what they’re doing is right, but performances like today, should knock that because that wasn’t good today
