Not likely ever R3, but lots of fun and elite damage with Critical Increase Cap America Relic. R2 is definitely a value.

Went with Dark Phoenix… she’ll get blocked in BG often, but that will allow two of R4 Onslaught or Serpent or R3 Enchantress, Bullseye, Zola through.

Legit having so much angst over an R4 I was so excited for Monday.
I’m down to Prowler or Dark Phoenix. I worry the latter gets nerfed, but KT1 says unlikely since she was a spend champ.
Don’t need a Cosmic with Serpent and Galan, but she has most upside for gameplay and prestige.

Ok, with news of SpiderWoman nerf, I’m no longer going to rank Titan heroes to R4 immediately. So, Nico and Samurai are out for now, pending finalization. So, Prowler? Or Fury? Could use an extra Tech or Skill at R4. Photon may get more play now with SW nerf. Medusa always nice.

And I’m not a newb player. I’ve grinded out content for a decade. I’m not a whale by any measure, but I have a really good account. I enjoy questing a lot. Favorite part of the game. But there’s so much keeping up which is merely maintenance and not getting ahead anymore:

Another I can struggle with is Photon. Still took a failed dex special, but attack went real fast vs R4 in duels.

I thought I pulled her 4x in a row, but I guess it was only 3x. I was so upset because all I wanted was Bastion or Jean. But I’ve fallen pretty hard for her attack stile and damage output. Sometimes you just know when a champ is elite. Wanted a Skill, she stepped up.

Crazy fair fight with these limitations and enhancements that directly undercut SIM’s strengths. Also I didn’t use pre-fight advantage so again play down to Star Lord. 197k rank, 3.4 million health chunked at max 50k.
Only needed 160 hits.

It’s really cool to have a champ that can do major special damage quick, or, who can ramp up and do major basic damage so every hit is up against the max damage cap. Easy rotation, even vs Limber, where it’s not as easy as Stun-Light-Medium-Repeat. Don’t sleep.

I did it vs the 200k ranked Star Lord in Labyrinth with 50k max damage cap, Limber, and percentage to stun on landed hits.
160 hits feels excessive, but again, 50k max damage cap. By 5th/6th cycle I was doing 50k basics. To make up for special damage cap.
He’s a very good champ:
