Additionally, excited to jump to tactical conclusions I don’t fully understand during Arsenal’s first couple preseason games with Zubi and then instantly pivot to and parrot whatever Billy says (rinse and repeat).

Agree with you Alex, thrown in a sink or swim, no one can save you anyway injury-crisis, he’s held it down.
Kouame/Acosta/Guti will start once healthy + D’Avilla is on the way, but at 19, love how Sergi overcome such a rough start to be a reliable spot starter when needed. A cool/fun development!

If you exclude the D.C. match as well, it improves to -0.02 (both scores are for G+ above average). Meanwhile if you look at G+ above replacement (with the Columbus game excluded) he owns the 6th highest score on the team (0.54) just behind Cuypers, Elliott, Gutman, Zinckernagel and Bamba.

Sorry to barge in. A friend sent me this and I had a feeling his score might’ve been weighed down from his first (brutal) start against Columbus. If you remove that match he’s still at a -0.19 G+ but above players like Bamba, Rogers, Acosta, etc.
