And regardless of the outcome of the bike lanes, the intersection at Fullers / Artery etc must be fixed. Extremely difficult for all users. #politas

Yep. The government can't work itself out though. Building the ferry terminals and worrying about transport. At the same time cancelling bike lane funding in Collins and on the bridge.

It's not either / or. We just spent the best part of a billion dollars on a few hundred metres of bridge. It's just about allocation. PT should be very very cheap (probably free) and very frequent.

Gunna need some protected bike lanes....maybe to join the Collins Street one...and down to the intercity perhaps? A network perhaps...

Buses are great in theory, but in practice users don't like them, they don't have stations which become hubs of activity, they're subject to traffic, delays, road closures, budgets and so on. Trains, as shown everywhere round the world are the way to go.

One of Australia's leading road safety 'experts' told me that new huge trucks / utes were perfectly safe because they had cameras / auto stop capabilities.
