Complacency to start with and having other priorities but aware it’s all going to take time fixing all the parts to the jigsaw of the club. Just need to keep seeing positives.

Yeah we need a good run of games fist at least for anything to happen but I’d recall Amas come January.

Yeah I kind of agree, likely take 2-3 years at least to get it all going in the right direction. Just hate seeing other clubs academy graduates excelling when ours aren’t.

I agree to a point, though fans can’t presume any manager will succeed when given 5-6 years and millions to spend. What I’d love is for club to really push on the youngsters to grab their chances.

I may need to see but could it be in relation to the bad injuries, he just needs to be in the one area and swing the ball for me. Amad just won’t be that type of WB, he’d rather go for goal.
