Finally got round to watching Raoul Moat, Inside The Mind Of A Killer on Amazon Prime yesterday. Thankfully the shitshow with Gazza turning up is only briefly mentioned. But a documentary worth watching.

Saw this video on another social media site of an old Tyne and Wear Metro train being dismantled, it was a silent video but I decided to redo that episode from the Thomas The Tank Engine episode where Henry got bricked in, adding the music from it and doing my own voice over for it...

13 years today I did my first Great North 5K, a nice little jog around the Quayside 😄 Shame I only got to do 2 of them, 3rd one didn't happen due to my knees! I did train a couple of years or so ago in the hope I could do a 3rd but again my knees told me where to get to! But at least I did it! 🙂

Had to laugh at Match Of The Day this morning after the Newcastle game, normally the camera is eye level when they're doing the backstage interview, but because the new lad Woltemade is that tall, they had to angle the camera up for him! Look! His head is almost touching the ceiling!😆😆

9 years ago today my mum passed away after a 3 year battle with cancer. This clock hangs in house, we don't make memories by the hour, we make them every second of every day! Miss you and love mum x

OTD 11 years ago, I did my last ever 10K race, and my last ever race (unbeknownst to me at the time) this was the 3rd I'd taken part with my first back in 2011 (along with some other 5k/10k races) Now my knees are shot I can't run now, but given the chance, I'd do them all again!
