I think passengers could fit in the overhead compartments in a pinch. Charge extra for a pillow.

Canada Post has had to keep the same infrastructure, including high payroll, despite the fact that we don't use the mail nearly as much. So much of what we used to mail can be submitted online now - for example, we receive and pay our bills online.

In remote communities there are no alternatives to Canada Post. In Inuvik in the NWT, e.g., there are no couriers, even Amazon relies on Canada Post. There are many places in Canada whose populations are too small and/or too remote to support private couriers.

Those look perilously close to falling upside-down onto the floor, with the package splitting open and the food soaking up whatever it rolls around in over there. Speaking from experience.
