Just an extremely obvious almost self made decision. It’s just impossible to pass up that sort of talent at this point where money starts to get tight. Cost controlled talent that can be immediate contributors don’t grow on trees.

Outside of the fact that drafting fit over talent almost always ends up poorly, it’s a mystery to me where this idea came from that Harper 1) wouldn’t be able to figure it out alongside Vic/Castle/Fox etc and 2) that he doesn’t want to be here in general. Just odd made up issues.
