If you are setting your VPN to a location outside the United States, be very careful. Foreign nationals residing overseas enjoy no fourth amendment protection, and under the third-party waiver doctrine, the United States can intercept every electronic signal that enters or exits that VPN site.

I see Raskin on the Supreme Court.
Questions during oral arguments = CRAZY making. SCOTUS is a “court of correction” charged with correcting, ON THE EXISTING RECORD, factual/legal errors. SCOTUS cannot consider facts outside the record. But the conservatives are ALL introducing self-found facts. Talk about legislating from the bench!

He was a chastising counsel for not presenting to the court evidence that was never presented below. In other words, he is admonishing an attorney for not doing something that is sanctionable under the Supreme Court rules.
