So, Framecap is incredibly dope, but me being me I had to wrap it in a quick and dirty CLI helper

- Auto creates a timestamped directory
- Auto configures the common arguments I want
- Simple checkboxes for selecting what I want to record
- Aliased to `record`

This is my favorite local dev method I've created as of late:

`ddAndOpen`

Dumps relevant information, directly opens the file right to the line in the IDE without interrupting velocity
