More bites this year than normal but also haven't been sacrificing time outdoors because of the bugs. I also find biking less buggy than walking.

I think next year I'll try the royal burgundy. This year I planted Roma II from T & T. They did well last year but this year - nothing.
Was hoping for lots to freeze for sides and soups.

Mine used to put the brakes on when she'd see a For Sale sign. Picked her up and walked over to one to show her there was nothing to fear. She peed all over my shirt. Lesson learned, we just crossed the road from then on.

So far so good here too. Except for the beans. Planted 24, zero germinated. Planted 24 more, only two have sprouted.

I feel you. So windy lately. My seedlings aren't happy to have been forced outside. Fingers crossed we both get a great harvest.
