I finally quit it and moved to Xero, much simpler, and the AI isn't shoved in your face (so far). The other thing I remember about hating about QB was the endless upsell popups getting in your way when you're just trying to do a simple task... scammy sounding financing etc.

Looks to me like it was “smythe sewn” on a machine but instead of casing it in to a cover they just attached boards and left the spine exposed… I’ve seen that on several books at an art museum bookstore, must be a mini trend?

Yes! 100% my experience as a researcher strongly encouraged to rely on summaries for a recent project, then finding I had to go back and review everything anyway because the summaries were generic, context-free, and meaningless. And, auto-transcriptions always contain reverse-meaning errors.
