Whispers...that's how this started...but if you avoid the cough you might be alright. The massive headaches aren't much fun either (but that could be due to the coughing). Pure fecking misery.

Day 5 here, still can only manage about an hour out of bed, barking cough and brain mushy. Tested every day, not covid, just pure torture. Hope yours passes far more smoothly and quickly.
