What are your struggles to improve flow in your organization?

I blend the concepts of #TeamTopologies and #BeyondBudgeting to entice people to rethink their operating models, just beyond a "new funding model". We need a holistic view of the management model, and improvements are needed across the board.

The talk goes on to explain why we need to focus on the management model and leadership principles if we want to achieve a fast flow of value in our organizations.

It was fun to present my experiences with #BeyondBudgeting and how we can leverage knowledge from other communities to create an adaptive and humane organization!
