Me, giggling like a goblin, strapping myself into the BBC Boss chair, commissioning non-celeb sitcom & sketch show after another. High concept narrative comedies by women! 100 shows with writers rooms! Tell whatever celeb blokes are doing a travel show they can make their own way back from Bordeaux!
This is tantamount to abuse. Telling someone there are consequences to their actions is SO wrong.
At least Mitch managed to scrape together the air fair for this essential work trip to New York.
After all, we only lost some money. They lost...I don't know but it was definitely worse.
No, Gabby. THEY are the real victims here.

Had a go on a red carpet (brown floor). Delighted by the results. That photographer did some wizardry.
Lovely times at the @cwip.bsky.social awards last night. Just so stoked to have been on a shortlist with such amazing people.

Add in the fact that narcissism is designed to defend against anyone seeing it’s an act - furiously denying anyone access to the twisted little core - and that it precludes self examination for the narcissist themselves, and it’s swimming-with-sharks time.

We should teach our kids this stuff like we do road safety.

(And to identify the behaviour in the first place. A narcissist is not what most people think - in the colloquial sense - and they’re all much the same, the boring little boilerplate toxic toddlers.)
How to deal with a narcissist. I hadn’t heard about this until yesterday. There’s some interesting data behind these titles and definitely worth reading up about it.
Had a brilliant day in Berkhamsted today, doing the book festival with Jenny Evans and Robin Ince. Really engaged crowd.
I hate Virgin WiFi really a lot.
Our WiFi is down and we will struggle to watch Strictly on 5G. Ho hum.
