Was this not a satisfactory answer? The Auditor's Office specified the scope *of the records they were seeking from the Legislature* and the AG's office has requested a scope *of the entire audit*. It's not immediately clear why the latter is necessary! s3.documentcloud.org/documents/25...

The plan? Run a candidate for Mayor of Boston who's never voted in a Boston mayoral election.

To make your life harder, you are also going up against most of the study guides for AP US History. (This is just the first website I found)

I'm quite fond of this map, from the Historical Atlas of Massachusetts. (There used to be a digital version, maybe on a university website, but it has since been removed. Lucky I bought a used physical copy!)

Came across an essay I wrote several year ago complaining about the maps my high school used in history classes. Pretentious title aside, I stand by most of what I wrote: nearly every map you see practically erases Native Americans from history (and the present)!

Have run into this before in Worcester, Massachusetts (see chart below). The Census' data dashboard seems to have updated to more closely match Montgomery County's data.

In general, I defer to the BPS as telling a consistent story between jurisdictions/over time, but I can see where it'd go wrong!

It really is that housing (and also energy production) is illegal to build in blue states.

Massachusetts is more than just its cars, but here's what it would look like if it was only cars:

No Senate districts flipped, actually. Harris narrowly won the Worcester and Hampshire district 45,785 to 45,488. #mapoli

Now that we have precinct results in, here's the 2024 Presidential election by #mapoli State House Districts. Former President Trump flipped 10 seats that Geoff Diehl lost in 2022.

The biggest shift was in the 7th Bristol, which went from 58.58% Democratic in 2022 to 47.62% in 2024.

The best we can do is the metrics we have, but the problem is *related videos* on an algorithm. Moon landing conspiracies probably have a high correlation with more unsavory videos!

Another map I don't think I've shared before: On September 6, 2022, Diana DiZoglio defeated Chris Dempsey in the Democratic primary for #mapoli State Auditor.

Massachusetts lists candidates' home addresses on our ballots. Unsurprisingly, each candidate was particularly strong near their hometowns!

One of my favorite things about Massachusetts is our House of Representatives. The League of Women Voters led the effort to shrink the House from 240 to 160 members in the 1970s.

Below is a map I worked on this summer of the 193rd General Court, where each dot represents a House district! #mapoli
