Principales décisions: appel (encore!) à un cessez-le-feu humanitaire et au dialogue; convocation urgente d’un sommet SADC-EAC (comme proposé par le dernier sommet EAC boudé par Tshisekedi); déploiement en RDC d’une délégation pour réconforter les soldats SAMIDRC et rapatrier morts et blessés.
