My mom and stepdad left today aftwr visiting since Thanksgiving day. My stepdad hugged me when they left. I am not a hugger and neither is he. But I am 45, he's been married to my mom since I was 9. We have had physical fights when I was younger.
That meant a lot to me.

I seem to have accidentally gotten on bluesky's "random, super weird, super vulgar sex comment/'joke' with no meaning or context" algorithm.
I appreciate vulgarity just because and filthy jokes, but this shit appears to jist be like the 14 year old boy version of that (which I get, I was one once).

I want to know which "genius" at Apple is responsible for deciding that apple id's must be associated w/ phone #, which get reused, but did not allow for a way for you to register when you get one of those reused numbers.

Omg, I misremembered a very basic salsa fresca recipe. I now have at least 4x more than I intended (not complaining) and it is way hotter than intended (also noy complainimg, but the intent was pretty spicy). 1 big jalapeno, 4 red savina. 1 lb tomatoe, 1 medium-large onion, salt, lime and vinegar

Everyone I work with loves Claude Code over Github Copilot. I don't. I've been trying to get onboard and have been using the official vs code plugin. It is better, but still lacks the ux of Copilot in vs code which I love. Also, it falls apart with multiple sessions or bind mounts in containers.
