This is not a healthcare plan. It's a bribe to loyalist/willfully uninformed voters. $1,000-$1,500 HSA will cover a month or two of premium hikes and very little else for most ACA subscribers. This doesn't begin to address copays and other out-of-pocket costs.

This is Coe Fen in Cambridge, a watercolour drawing from 1998. The tower in the middle distance is the Pitt Building and the other tower is the United Reform Church. This was done on the spot with watercolour and Indian ink.
