Sadly we represent a number of people on bikes attacked by motorists and so this kind of incident while definitely shocking is not a rarity. The vitriol and aggression on our roadways is terrifying and these incidents common. No more!

The Mayor is 100% right. This kind of stuff always creates a prisoner's dilemma: Spend, or someone else will.

It'll be a race to the *top* for property taxes.

What's needed is a compact where munis collectively agree to say ENOUGH - No more voluntary downloading.

I post about this somewhat regularly, but it's incredible the degree to which safe supply diversion crashed the street price of prescription opioids

D8s for less than a dollar, a decade ago they were like $10. Now cheaper to get than fent (per pill, not per morphine equivalent dose)

I don't even disagree with this on the substance, but it seems very strange that we've delegated "how to do politics" to an unelected consultant from Toronto.

This really seems like the kinda direction that is better worked out between a politician and the voters.
