I honestly thought this was a satire until I checked on it. Trump actually reposted a QAnon-esque claim that Joe Biden was executed in 2020 and replaced by a robot. Time for the 25th Amendment yet?

MAGA is circulating this meme. It is WRONG. The 5th & 14th Amendments use the word "persons," not "citizens." The rts of the accused is the whole premise of due process. SCotUS has held that people illegally in the country have a rt to due process. MAGA is proving themselves dangerous fascists.
