Monday: built another deck with the 7yo's card collection (and my OG energy cards)
Tuesday: battled the 6yo
Wednesday: battled the 7yo, then caught him battling himself after we finished

Yeah, I just deal with the highs and lows by expecting a longer cook time. Tempted to get the billows by Thermoworks. Starting to 🔒 in now. Better yet I should just cook with the built-in pellet grill that came with our house. But I turned it on, and an error code popped up. 😆

Just trying to keep mine between 225 and 250 for like forever. I was a little impatient and threw it in at around 195. Ah the vent tweaking of a WSM. I went for a run and found it back at 195.
