Long jogging for the most part. Next event is Northern Traverse.

Pacing gig at TP100 didn't happen due to a race-ending dog incident early doors, long story. Easy 90 mins out on local trails this morning instead. Race envy had me booking a place at CW50. 🤷‍♂️

Well there are worse weather conditions in which to spend 8 hours out on the trails. Could we have this on Northern Traverse please? Answer, yes, for about 15 minutes.

Route for tomorrow's day on the trails. 8, 8 and a half hours. 4 of running, 4 hike/shuffle. Full NT pack and kit, carrying all fuel and hydration needed. Practice for the big one, just 5 weeks away now. Eek.
