The Hegseth hearing is doing one thing incredibly well: it’s establishing that when his leadership at DoD fails, it’ll be clear that GOP Senators knew, excused it, and they own it. Serious concerns about experience & judgment are literally being laughed off.

I don't trust anyone who claims to be a conservative unless they explicitly denounce Orange Man and MAGA. I assume they are lying and cheating all the time. I believe purity tests are tools used by the right to amplify division on the left. All for the love of money, and hatred of brown people.
