There will likely be some take-delivery deadline like the sunset of the pre-IRA EV credit: binding contract signed by X date and delivery by X + 6, 12, or 18 months. I’m guessing when they come out with the final rules, it will be delivery by 6/30/26 or preferably 12/31/26.

That exists, sort of. All the major brokers have “Direct Indexing” wherein you own a representative amount of stocks that track an index, like the S&P 500. You can exclude any company you want as a side benefit, but it is mainly used for tax loss harvesting.
