Lemme get this straight...get treatment, suddenly get brain fog, chronic fatigue, rashes, nerve damage, all of which is permanent. It takes 3 years to prove it's caused by the treatment. I had 365 days to prove it, or legally-speaking I'm on my own. How do you prove its permanent in 1 year?

Lemme get this straight...get treatment, suddenly get brain fog, chronic fatigue, rashes, nerve damage, all of which is permanent. It takes 3 years to prove it's caused by the treatment. I had 365 days to prove it, or legally-speaking I'm on my own. How do you prove its permanent in 1 year?
