Meh. Actually using the leak would have required CCHQ have people deployed on the off chance, and if they didn't get there before it was taken down again there was a lot of risk relying on reporting

I think more complicated than that. He's clearly very skilled, but his skills are not solving the problem. What is the point of being managerial class is you can't manage the situation.
