He was a hairy bear. He was a scary bear. We beat a hasty retreat to his lair.
We met her 3 and a 1/2 weeks ago when she opened for The Fixx at The Keswick. She was sweet and genuine and so gracious.

We talked for about 20 minutes about her & us & politics & everything & nothing - like instant friends who'd known each other forever but only just met.

This is what you do when you want to dismantle the Federal government from within and return the country to a league of independent states like It was in 1860.

The Civil War never really ended, and the South did indeed rise again.

How, exactly, does increasing tariffs on legal imports have any effect on illegal drug trade?

Explain it to me in highly complex economic terms if you have to, I can keep up.

This breaks my fucking heart. My grandfather fought for fluoridation in the water supply of his hometown in 1946, and later in towns and cities across the country. He fought with science, he fought with logic, he fought with compassion, and he fought with kindness.

One thing I've learned from working in IT for over 30 years is that when a new hire blames everything that goes wrong on the guy who was there before, you got a real stinker on your hands.

This puritanical pixie thinks Jesus's Sermon on the Mount was radical ideology.

"Blessed are the merciful." Matthew 5:7

Christian Nationalists are the least likely Americans to pay attention to Jesus. Even atheists are more likely to follow his teachings, if only inadvertently.

If someone asking a powerful person to show kindness to those without power offends your Christianity, your Christianity would offend Jesus.

This is important, because winning by 49.8% of the vote to 48.3% of the vote IS NOT A FUCKING MANDATE!!!!!!

Sorry to get so heated about all this, but, MAAAAAAAAAAAATH!!!!!!
With California's votes now certified, this appears to be the final popular vote count. The margin of 1.47 percentage points is the smallest since the 2000 election. Kamala Harris received over 75 million votes in this election.
