Looking forward to seeing how McQueen did this one. There’s this Blitz experience in the London Imperial War Museum that I used to walk through crying as a kid. Stuff of nightmares. My Grandma actually lived through it as 6yo. Unbelievable the depths of emotions these people under siege go through.

I found out the hard way too! I would map the story, research, develop characters/scenes as I went along in the script thinking I was some writing God 😇 doesn’t quite work like that, unfortunately. Outlines are a writer’s playground. That’s where we can afford to be crazy. The script comes later 😂

Outline is here twice for a reason. For someone like me it’s super helpful for breaking the story open. Would advise if you easily slip down rabbit holes 👌🏼
