City Hall is changing its policy of moving migrant families every 60 days, to allow those with kids in K-6grades to stay 120 days. Says it will save "hundreds of thousands" of $ spent busing kids to their schools - which MANY people warned would happen as a result of this policy

Took a few months but the birds have finally, suddenly, found the window feeder we put up this summer. Mostly house sparrows and house finches, but here’s a black-capped chickadee coming in for a quick bite.
