Are they planning to starve their own people (looking at you, Stalin) to cause them to violently rise up, so they can use the military and those idiotic, but dangerous ICE agents to quash the resistance? It’s been peaceful so far. Hunger will change this. Is this the end game?
It’s not just that they don’t have to turn off SNAP benefits — they’re not legally allowed to. They legally must use the contingency fund.

The Ford government already eliminated rent control for buildings built after 2018. They are now taking steps to eliminate rent control in Ontario altogether. This is shameful and disgusting given the affordability crisis that so many people are facing.
