We hope this new INR-based image compression scheme provides a new perspective on microscopy data management. Personally, I find the flexible decoding scheme of INR-based compression has great potentials for visualizing and processing extremely large microscopy images.

Look back at 2024, a year full of gratitude (thread) for myself and my group at Leibniz ISAS. (1) Community: As a young PI, I got tons of encouragement, trust and supports from the bioimaging and AI community. In early 2024, I was thrilled to organize my very-first Dagstuhl seminar on bioimaging AI.
