You’re definitely dystopian but you certainly don’t know the what the future holds. Hell, a toll might improve business there. That whole area on I-5 is constantly clogged so a toll might alleviate that and entice WA drivers to shop there more.

Dangerous driving does seem to be the norm unfortunately. But one can’t put all or probably even half the blame on the state DOT. There’s many factors that have got us to where we’re at.

I agree but my feelings might change if I was being managed by or managing smart, dedicated people that are working for a good cause.
