Truly insane that Tim Pool was allowed to ask questions during the White House press briefing this week.

Pool was allegedly paid $100,000 per video by Tenet Media, a Russian government operation run by Kostiantyn Kalashnikov and Elena Afanasyeva

Ford told @therecordmedia.bsky.social that they found "there was no breach of Ford’s systems or customer data."

"The matter involved a third-party supplier and a small batch of publicly available dealers’ business addresses. It is our understanding that the matter has now been resolved."

I feel like I'm just repeating myself here but how is it remotely legal for federal officials to use their government accounts for call for violence against a group of people in this way? Is there no accountability? Will it take Black people getting lynched for anyone to do anything about this????

Watching the Senate Intelligence Hearing and the heads of Microsoft, Google and Meta are giggling and chuckling as Republicans tell jokes about the Haitian disinformation that caused bomb threats

Impossible not to be pessimistic with these people in charge of everything

As a Haitian-American I am appalled and terrified at what we're seeing today.

Elected officials, using their verified government accounts (even the US HOUSE JUDICIARY ACCOUNT) are spreading a story that is provably false in order to stoke violence against Haitians

Every Haitian I know is afraid

A Georgetown spox told me this in response to the post: "We are aware of a tweet that posted a screenshot of an alleged compromised database from Georgetown University. All of the information in the screenshot is publicly available information and does not constitute a data breach." #Georgetown
