Yep. On both occasions it was Millstone 3. On October 16, M3 ramped down completely. It was back online last week at 100%, but yesterday reduced output to 75%. None of this is related to refueling. On 10/16 it ramped down slowly, suggesting a deliberate shutdown for repairs. Yesterday 🤷‍♂️?

No idea. Will know more tomorrow, most likely. Seems one of the three nuclear units stepped down production but is still operating. Not clear which one.
