Do something that you would not normally do!
Find something that moves you and work towards a goal! I just raced in my third competitive gravel race! It was awesome. I feel accomplished and you should too!

This Bike Kills Fascists:
The death of Charlie Kirk belongs to our current administration. Similarly, the blood is on their hands in regards to the measles outbreak and all the future outbreaks that we are about to see. This is all by design. They want us sicker and weaker. So, stay strong!

I hope you are pushing your physical limits. We are barreling towards what I have predicted: the only way out is a head on collision with the powers that be. Get in good physical and mental shape in order to get ready to fight or run. We have to stay vigilant!

This Bike Kills Fascists: June 14th appears to be a big day! No Kings! Keep exercising and preparing for the long fight! On a personal note, ride 105 km on a long ride this weekend. Huge goal achieved!
Work hard for the fight for good!

This Bike Kills Fascism: I don’t see anyway out of our situation at this point without total demolition of the system. Stay healthy and exercise as we need to be ready for the long fight! Help those who cannot help themselves. When you need some freedom, gravel ride!

In preparation of the grueling years ahead. I cannot stress enough that we all need to work to get into shape. Even if this means just starting by walking or anything to get active. Work your way from there challenging yourself daily with more activity! Prepare for the fight

Another day for more endorphins and making serotonin! Riding gravel for 52 km is such a stress reliever! Started with cramps, however mind over matter and pain! You can do anything if you train your mind to overcome!

I promise I don’t usually post this much, but I just returned home to the very Deep South after a few days in Baltimore at Johns Hopkins with the wife to find my dog who had half of his liver removed (tumor) and then post op infection at the vet for 7 days; and then the 14 year old sick with a URI.

Walk into LTACH and see the sickest of the sick, then decompress by crushing 50 km!

When you are exhausted most of the time from work, what do you do? Well, you bike!
