Welcome to the club! 😀 I find it so much fun baking with sourdough as well as translating from traditional yeasted recipes. It's the hardest thing to do, according to Paul Hollywood of The Great British Baking show. Learning is half the fun - getting there is all worthwhile.

I hem and haw, mostly between #1 and #2. Right now #2 is slightly ahead. But then, I might change my mind... LOL!
