This whole direction of the Teamster leadership is probably one of the most disappointing things to come out of the 2024 election. The Teamsters have always been the most likely union to stand on business. I've seen delivery trucks park blocks away from stores on strike bc they don't scab.

This is despicable. At a time when we should be grieving and investigating what happened last night, Trump and his henchmen are using this tragedy to further their lies about diversity and inclusion. Very gross but not surprising from this bunch at all.
Hesgeth and Vance use the Washington D.C. airliner-helicopter crash to make anti-diversity, equity and inclusion points, suggesting it was to blame for the collision.
The Vice President didn't even open his remarks by referencing the victims or families - just straight into anti-DEI points.
