…The very second any neurodivergent person in this job gets out of bounds or becomes seen as a "problem"— not something that ever randomly happens based on neurotypical reads of us or whims, right ND folx?— they're out the door, at *Best*.

This is such a shitshow.

And like… the fucked up thing is, some people *will* want to be a boot, fully not understanding that a) it's fucked up to want to be the boot, & b) they're only going to be useful to these people as long as they're *Useful To These People.* And "Useful" can mean lots things; scapegoats are "useful"…
"Palantir. Neurodivergent. Fellowship."

"Hey kids! Wanna be a boot? 😃"

Plus: Not "neurodivergence" as if valuing qualities you hold. Not neurodiversity, as if seeking community (plus that icky "diverse" word). Not "ND Peoples'." Neurodivergent. Singular.

That is some shit-tier pandering guys. F-

“Alright. Lia.” Marcus sighed and took a bite of his cereal.
“Anyway, I was, uh, wondering if you'd want to trade watch shifts. That way you could..."

I've found one repeat of this pattern takes about 30 mins, which is perfect for times like this when I have a bit of time, but not much.

Made my first real mistake weaving the pattern on this repeat, but caught ii early enough to fix it easily.
