The EHRC is the "pressure group" by Reindorf's definition...
Reindorf said her comments reflected the fact that before the ruling, the law had been commonly misunderstood because pressure groups argued that trans people who self-identified should be treated as their identified sex, when this was in fact just the case for people with a gender recognition certificate (GRC) 2010 Code of Practice Gender reassignment discrimination and separate and single-sex services 13-57 If a service provider provides single- or separate sex services for women and men, or provides services differently to women and men, they should treat transsexual people according to the gender role in which they present. However, the Act does permit the service provider to provide a different service or exclude a person from the service who is proposing to undergo, undergoing or who has undergone gender reassignment. This will only be lawful where the exclusion is a proportionate means of achieving a legitimate

The EHRC are laying the foundation of "papers please"segregation on arbitrary notions of conformity, 'sensitivity', and 'equal' treatment.

It shows the consequences of a pseudo intellectual lobbying group responsible for shaping bureaucratic segregation.

This is by no definition "clarity"

Most prevention of future deaths reports found in @dadtrans.bsky.social analysis of 24 trans youth, cited poor multi agency function and a lack of timely/adequate care as a casual factor in their suicides

The CYP service spec is suicidal ideation by design.

Max Sumner. 17. 13 May 2022. Suicide. The coroner reportedly recorded 13 failings by CAMHS in Max's care. These included Lack of data sharing & multi agency working, lack of risk assessments, failure to involve Max's family, & failure to make referrals to other services 70/ During the 22 month wait, GIDS provided no support to Sam."it was left for CAMHS to manage Sam's gender identity..Once the service started to work with Sam CAMHS made a number of requests to GIDS for care risk management plans but these were never received" "Sam avoided contact with his GP as on their records Sam was referred to as his natal gender and was referred to as his female name". When he did eventually vist the GP due to serious need "The GP was unable to prescribe medication as Sam was underthe care of CAMHS" 45/ Charlie wasn't receiving Trans health. The head of GIDS stated: "he wpuld not have progressed onto a treatment płan- unless his mental health & self-harming had stabilised.This would not have been communicated to Charlie". Died Waiting for Care The coroner called out a "lack of national guidance & support in relation to the multi-agency approach that is needed to support those young people transitioning to adult health and social care services. Unless this is addressed nationally, sadly other deaths will occur" 54/

Professor Appleby, again, only caring about suicide prevention if it isn't for trans young people.
The note explicitly said the state of the world was a causal factor, that isn't an "understandable response"
It is an intended consequence.

Oh...
There was no way I'd allow him to consider any drugs, I decided, until Jack had been seen by a therapist. With the long NHS waiting lists we decided to pay for a private assessment in the end, which indeed confirmed Jack's autism diagnosis when he was 17. By then I'd begun searching the internet looking for advice and found support groups, such as the Bayswater Support Group, for parents of trans-identified adolescents and young people. I found our story was horibly common, and so many of the parents I spoke to in the group also had neuro-divergent children.

Wes Streeting apologising to the 'gender-criticals' for not "listening much earlier"

All he's done is listen to them and their reviews, rulings, abusive parent groups, the list goes on

He 'heard' the cries of trans young people terrified for their lives and future but he did not listen...

There is enough ammunition out there to expose the scandalous unethical nature of this trial, in a way that actively supports the widely recognised, evidence backed, patient benefits.

But they are taking this route to stop the possibility of future generations ever violating "functioning society"
James Gardner: "It makes no sense for the Health Research Authority to ignore its legal and ethical duties and press ahead with this dangerous and unnecessary trial; he said, adding that they would take the HRA to court to have the trial declared "unlawful" if it proceeded.

A foundational reason behind James Esses being framed in almost a heroic light.

He's seen as embodying the desired perspective of the only "proven benefit" to dysphoria being its psychological destruction.

Leaving the victim returned to "functional society" to pick up the pieces of their identity.

To the evidential and ethical world, this is objectively incorrect.

To the goalpost set by the British Establishment, it is objectively correct. Their only perceived benefit is conversion...

The puberty blocker trial has been internationally condemned for its 'potential' human rights violations. It should never go ahead because it isn't needed.

But this isn't about safeguarding, it's about eradication.
That condemnation contradicts their "unproven benefits" narrative.
So here we are...

The NHS Fife trial and the EHRC Draft Code of Practice are carefully manufactured to induce fearful compliance with non-existent legislation.
Footwork from service providers and businesses due to potential expensive legal proceedings and damaged reputation.

They are clear in this being the goal.

Streeting is playing an incredibly dangerous game and with a contender such as the Musk-supported Reform, it is a game he cannot win, it is also not one which he will lose. The true losers in this war of late-stage capitalism are immigrants, disabled people, the LGBTQLAH community, women, and democratic society. Even the "young man" consciously captured by claims of "anti-whiteness" will experience the crippling reality of their betrayed trust.
