Very timely! The US Food and Drug Administration finalized the rule governing “healthy” claims on labels yesterday—though I’d be curious if they’re as effective as Nutri-Score.

If I had to pick one, it’d be #4! Kids deserve a healthy start.

Thank you for your perspective! Mine is that the evidence is mounting linking UPFs to negative health outcomes even controlling for calories, but as you say, most UPFs are not plant-based meats—& there are several good reasons to believe plant-based meats are an exception to this emerging trend!
