this is exactly why more departments need to think about how much grad students, adjuncts, and non-TT teaching faculty bear the brunt of this harassment in the classroom because they teach courses for more non-majors who are more likely to cause a ruckus over content

He pitched the segment because he was so angry at being *forced* to use AI for a history assignment and it was very hard for him to represent both sides (but he did and I'm proud).

My 16 year old did a segment on AI use in the classroom for his school's news (yay film classes!). He sent a survey to teachers and students. Students were overall MORE against AI use in the classroom than teachers and believed it negatively impacts their education.
