I ordered something online last week, but then had another look and realised the product wasn’t actually in stock. I emailed them to cancel my order and received what is clearly a ChatGPT response.
I’m glad I used Klarna to pay, because otherwise I don’t think I’d ever get my money back.

Library friends, do any of you know how an Agatha Christie book could get categorised under ‘NEI’, which I assume comes from the Finnish ‘Neiti Marple’?
I was under the impression that library catalogues were standardised so that they didn’t get filed incorrectly like this.
