What does it mean to be cis? Tell me, I’ve never known. Even when I didn’t have the words for it, the truth inside of me knew. It was patiently waiting for me. Like a present. A gift I could only open once I surrendered my false cis role.

The lies become choices I must face each day. Choices that make the outside world less safe for me & my beautiful community.
What does it mean to be trans? It’s different for everyone. That’s part of the fun. Part of the trans joy. Gender stops being so rigid, less of a chore, more of a playground.
