This is my professional account and it is kept so separate from my personal and alt, BUT, I have to explain to my clients that there is stuff out there of me. With and w/o my consent. They typically understand. And if I ever have to defend my alt/sex positive life from professional boards I will.

If need be you could also be incognito with your other accounts. EG using a different fake name, an avatar, blurring out your face in pics, etc.

It’s difficult to balance the professional, personal, political, and alt. But if you feel that there is nothing wrong with what you do, then I think you deserve to have an account out there that is all about your other interests. You should not have to live in fear of your alt.
