#parkrun today set in glorious sunshine and rutting deer in Bushy Park. Oh to be young again when I could get round in under 30 mins! Still, here we go.

Three weeks off from the Bushy #parkrun due to a combination of weather and then having to rest after cataract op. Back in the saddle this week for a gentle jog. Weather perfect and the stags are rutting away merrily.

Another fantastic sight in Bushy Park prior to the #parkrun. The perfect streak of fine Saturday mornings must come to an end sometime! And huge numbers and friendly deer everywhere.

Rugby and Test Match to watch later but first it is #parkrun no 50 after four weeks travelling with no training. Maybe will have a personal worst this week!

Well, interesting first half. We are not under real threat. Equally we are not forcing attacks anything like what would be needed by a team aspiring to be promoted. Accurate passing and control needed in the second half. Let's have something to cheer. Here we go
