All opinions my own. RT&like ≠ endorsement
🇨🇳 dangerous actions underscores 3 key arguments of my book:
1) Authoritarian states are actively seeking competition at sea;
2) International law and the rules of the road no longer apply;
3) The 🇺🇲 can no longer alone uphold the good order at sea, placing more pressure on Europeans to step up.

🌊🎼 When your discussion ranges from maritime security to classical composers, you know you've come to the right place.

Thanks to President Won Taeho, Director Chung Sam-Man, and Jae Hyeok Lee at the Korea Institute for Maritime Strategy (#KIMS) for having me!🤝

This whole bit:
Do they mean SLAM-ER when talking about Harpoons as "cruise missiles"?
And more confusing to me: nobody knows whether the USAF has these missiles, tests these missiles, deploys theses missiles on one of their two primary tac avation platforms?
Can be th that difficult to find out...

In seinem Leitartikel warnt

That might be, see Mattis vs Hagseth.
What might also play in is that it's Trump's second term. "How bad can 4 years really be."
And then there's also this in regard to China👇

Unsure what to do with the voucher and $€£ you got for Christmas?🎄
How about investing in something of lasting value? 📙
Fmr. SACEUR @NATO @admiralstav.bsky.social calls it: "a masterful job in providing an in-depth view of the evolution of European naval power".

The reviews thus far have been simply tremendous, including praise from James Stavridis, James Foggo III, Ian Speller, Markus Faulkner, Rowlands, Henrik Breitenbauch, Randy Papadopoulos, Sebastian Bruns, Daniel Fiott, Thomas D. Young, John Sherwood, Collin Koh (14)

It's fitting and humbling that the most influential scholar to my research and methodology, Prof. Geoffrey Till, provided the #introduction to my new book. (13)

Having defended my PhD, @breitenbauch and @MilstudiesCPH commissioned me to write a 100-page study on the future of European naval power and the #highend #challenge. Both the Corona-lockdown and new life back in Austria made this very challenging. https://cms.polsci.ku.dk/english/public (9)

Adding to this, my dear friend @jupawlak and I penned an article in @JE_SIRIUS, providing several policy recommendations for the myriad of security challenges in northern Europe. https://degruyter.com/document/doi/1 (8)

Peter Swartz’ work, esp. U.S. naval documents co-edited with John Hattendorf, had served as a starting point for my ‘voyage’ into the study of sea power. I was happy to offer my thoughts on the changing strategic views along Europe’s northern shores in Peter’s Festschrift. (7)

As I studied smaller navies, often overlooked by laymen and naval aficionados alike, I contributed a chapter to this excellent volume edited by the congenial Ian Speller, Deborah Sanders and Robert McCabe: "Failure and success in doing more with less." (6)
