Doesn't work because people can't organize for bargaining rights. Insurance companies bargain for 100s of thousands of people at once like countries with universal healthcare do.

Fraudulent is a better way of putting it. They tried to defraud the US government in order to promote an auto coup. You can have alternates, you can't have alternates who are on deck to defraud the government for the purpose of stopping the transfer of power.
